• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp salt
• Pepper to taste
• 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
• 1 red pepper, chopped
• 5 cloves garlic, diced

Dough:
• 2 cups (250 g) flour
• 1/2 cup (120 ml) warm water
• 1/2 tsp dry yeast
• 3 tbsp (45 g) Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil

Shred cooked beef and reserve about 1/2 cup of the juices.

Roll out dough, fill with cheese and beef, add a little juice, then fold and seal.

• 2 chicken breasts, sliced in half then diagonally into strips

Marinade:
• 1 ½ cups buttermilk
• 1 ½ tsp kosher salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp garlic
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp smoked paprika

Breading:
• 1 ½ cups flour
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 ½ tsp salt
• Pinch black pepper
• 1 ½ tsp baking powder

Creamy Dill Feta Dip:

• 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

Method:
Marinate chicken in buttermilk and seasonings while preparing breading (longer if time allows).
In a shallow dish, combine flour, baking powder, and seasonings. Add a little buttermilk and mix to create small clumps—this gives you that crunchy crust.
Heat oil to 350°F. Remove chicken from marinade, coat well in breading, and fry 5–6 minutes until golden and crispy.
For the dip, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Serve with hot honey garlic sauce if desired.
