Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.Drain and set aside.
Season both sides of the chicken with onion powder, paprika, smoked paprika, adobo seasoning, garlic powder, and cumin.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.Add the chicken and sear for 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and nicely browned.Remove chicken from the pan and set aside. Do not wipe out the pan.
